This place is very upscale. I love the vibe and products. I won't go anywhere else for vaoe or smoke shop needs. They have art on display , it too nice to even use for a pipe imo.

Great owner can tell he really cares about the customers and the products he sells. Reccommend to anyone looking for quality products or good customer service

I've been vaping for years & have been mixing my own juices for just as long. Unfortunately in NJ, due to excessively restrictive laws, out-of-state companies will NOT ship a lot of products to NJ. Due to this I had stopped in to Shatter to see what the current "import" options/rules were regarding nicotine vape juice, etc.

Upon entering the store I was cheerfully greeted by the owner, who I could tell was extremely busy. Despite this, he effortlessly answered any & all questions I had before arriving.

While I was perusing the store's inventory another customer entered the store & they were also greeted favorably by the owner. It was glaringly obvious to anyone with experience that this new customer, based off of their initial questions, was very new to vaping. The thing that impressed me the most was that the owner spoke with this "rookie" customer with absolutely no condesension or superiority in his tone or words & without any pressure whatsoever to push any product to the customer! Not a bad experience at all for the 1st of my many visits to Shatter!

That being said, any store/staff that is willing to put informative education over profit is a unicorn we need more of in this capitalistic society we all live in.

First time buyer here. I had stopped at a few other places and the vibe was shady and uncomfortable and felt like I was wasting their time. Extremely happy that I found Shatter. Excellent customer service and knowledge! I was clueless walking in but the owner made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain all the different options and helped me make a decision I feel confident in. Highly recommend!
