(October 11, 2019, 10:38 am)Nicole has nailed it! After many years of struggling to "like" going to the gym, I finally realized why I always fall off that wagon. Working with Nicole is personal. She created a program that would help me achieve my goals (I was no longer guessing what machines to use at the gym.) Beyond helping me achieve my physical goals, Nicole pointed out the mental and emotional "blockages" that kept me from progressing. Throughout the program, we talked weekly about food, attitude towards working out, my personal obstacles, and how to move forward even when I felt like my whole world was caving in on me. The Shape It Up program is more than just doing squats and looking better. It's truly about FEELING better and accomplished at my own pace. It caters to my personal needs. I highly recommend this program for any woman living the crazy busy life that most of us have fallen prey to. THANK YOU NICOLE!
