Therapists that care about you and get you on your feet again. They've helped me to know myself better and understand my mental health issues and how to handle them in a much better way. The IOP group was really helpful for me and now I work with a therapist once a week. I couldn't recommend Sanare Today in North Wales highly enough for the big impact they made in my life!
