I recently called the AutoZone on McDade Blvd. and spoke to Diana about trying to match up some touch up paint for my vehicle.

She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and provided me with the exact infomation I needed in a very timely manner.

Customer service here is great, all the staff there are willing to help you get what you need. The manager (Diana) is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll be coming back in there.

literally the best autozone location!!! i came in looking for parts that were way out of my budget, but sure enough Dom & Diana saved the day!!!!! much love and appreciation for y’all :-)

Wow , just wow the service and assistance I received yesterday was a blast from the past when companies actually did good customer service. The manager Dinah and store associate Dom help me out tremendously with a battery situation that was about to explode pretty much. They spend over a hour in 95 degrees plus humidity helping me and getting the out one out and installing a new one, with nothing but smiles and laughs along the way. There was also another gentlemen during the late afternoon time frame that helped but I didn't catch his name. I have been dealing with AutoZone for 20 years for parts for my vehicles over the years , and these were by far the BEST ever. AutoZone please keep staff like this in all of your stores, and reach out to your employees to thank them for making customers want to come back next.
