We were in the market for a diesel van which is definitely hard to come by. We found one at Russell's and although they were located out of state, we decided to reach out to them. We received feedback the same day from Shannon. We appreciated that we were able to work with him through the entirety of the purchase. He was gracious enough to give us a detailed video tour of the vehicle which definitely won points with us and helped to make a definite purchase decision. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle so far away, as well as, dealing with the logistics of getting the van to us. Shannon understood our concerns and made sure the process was streamlined and followed through to the very end. We found a diamond in the rough - a dealership with great people (no sales pitches, hassles, or broken promises). Definitely, recommend purchasing a vehicle through them even for the first time & out of state - they are the real deal! I bought a truck from Russell's about 3 months ago. I have no complaints about the truck at all, and I can't say enough good things about Alvin. He really knows his stuff and is hands down the nicest guy I've ever met, not the typical fast talking shady car dealer that just wants to make a quick killing off of you and kick you out the door before you know what hit you. We are incredibly happy with our experience at Russell's Truck Sales. My husband is self employed and his van died- we needed a quick turnaround so he wouldn't lose any business and were lucky enough to find Russell's Truck Sales online. We drove about an hour and a half to the lot and found a truck that my husband loves at a reasonable price. The owner, Al, was a delight to work with- he was friendly, professional and very appreciative of our business. We drove off the lot with the truck that day and have been thrilled with our purchase!
