Very professional and friendly! Took my ukulele to Ben at rock n roll machines for proper setup to fix a dead fret. He found the issue immediately and fixed it. Provided updates along the way, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. You won’t be disappointed with the service.

Picked up a guitar on craigslist.com that I wanted to get set up and checked out. Found Rock and Roll Machines while searching for a local small business to get the work done. Not only was the pricing the best around, Ben did a fantastic job. He restrung, made all necessary adjustments and got it back to me in short order. He was also able to identify and clear up a wiring issue with the brdge pickup. Overall it was a fantastic very personal experience. If your looking for an experienced tech who cares for your instrument and the customers you got to see Ben.
