I'd like to thank the team at Roccos!! I just picked up my 2022 Jeep Compass yesterday afternoon and I couldn't be happier especially after a horrible experience with the car dealership that I bought the vehicle from. Every single step of the way I was informed of the status of the repairs. I was treated with the utmost respect from day one. No matter how many times I called I was made to feel like more than just a customer and I was happy to finally get to meet the two ladies that treated me like gold on the phone. Joannie first greeted me at the desk followed by Natasha they both are a huge asset to the business. Their kindness and compassion are very rare in today's world and in my opinion are the best bridge between the crew and the clients. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Rocco’s was professional and courteous from the initial phone call and throughout the entire repair process. My car was ready before the expected date and the work was outstanding. I will only trust Rocco’s for this type of work.

I’ve been in the automotive service-parts industry for 18 years now and have dealt with a lot of body shops over the years. Rocco’s did a great job on some body work with my GLI making it look new again. You know a good shop when you spot the work it speaks for itself. Simple as that.

Their service was very quick. They did a great job inspecting for damage and ordered parts asap to have the vehicle complete in a timely manner. Unfortunately, after further inspection the car ended up being a total loss and we didn't get a chance to see the work done to completion.
