Roman the owner is an amazing, honest and a great person. I was referred to him by a friend of mine who also bought a car and I felt very comfortable to go to R&J for my BMW. Roman helped me understand what I was buying and gave me all the necessary information I would need. He is very knowledgeable about the BMW cars and that makes him even more valuable he also guaranties the car for 3 months. I am very happy with my decision and would not hesitated to go back to him for another car. Roman has great future business expectations and I wish him the best in his endeavor.

I purchased my car in 7/2022. I was very hesitant to drive 4hrs from CT to look at a car with a rebuilt title. From the very beginning Roman was very accommodating with his flexibility to ensure he would be at the dealer when I would get there. He had the 3 cars I wanted to look at ready for me to test drive. ALL the cars on his lot were in impeccable shape and condition. I brought my brother with me to inspect the cars and he was very impressed with vehicle on the mechanical side. My other concern was with the financing and registering an out of state car. I had no problem financing my car through a credit union and Roman went with me to obtain temporary plates in PA and give me all necessary paperwork to register my car in CT. I had no issues there either. I have now had my car for 4mths and I ABSOLUTELY love my car and how it drives. I get lots of compliments on it. I would never have been able to afford a 2019 430xi grand coupe with under 15k miles for the price I paid at R&J Automotive. I easily would have had to pay an extra $15k. My brother and my son both own rebuilt titled cars which is why I decided to go for it and I am not disappointed at all in my decision. Roman is thorough, very knowledgeable with BMWs and not a pushy sales man. He knows what he offers and the quality of his cars on the lot. I wholeheartedly recommend R&J automotive. I look forward to purchasing from him in the future when I'm ready to upgrade again.

On my second BMW from Roman (1st one got side swiped and totaled). No other dealership I would trust with purchasing a used bmw. He sticks to his word, his cars are very clean, and his prices are unbeatable. Roman’s very honest and upfront about all of his vehicles, and I feel extremely confident when purchasing from him.

Coming from the NY metropolitan area, almost every dealership I would go to were dishonest about their prices and would tack on hidden fees. Roman on the other hand is very honest and professional - the price is what you see minus taxes if you’re buying out of state like myself. With the condition, the in-house customizations and mileage of his cars, I’m extremely satisfied.

He will go above and beyond even if you go past the 3 month warranty. He doesn’t have to do that but he does it anyway which shows the professionalism and honesty Roman has. I definitely recommend R&J to anyone who is looking for used BMW’s in excellent condition for the right price.

Roma was extremely transparent during the entire process. The service history of the vehicle as well as the title status were clearly explained. Roma is not just a salesman, but a highly skilled mechanic who works on every vehicle he sells personally and knows the BMW brand in and out. I came to him with my knowledge of the N 20 engine and he expanded on it greatly. With the sale we were able to get it notarized immediately with a temporary two month tag as well as a three month warranty. However, Roma assured me that if I ever wanted any work done outside of said warranty then I would be taken care of including exterior and interior modifications! Owning this vehicle reminded me that it was actually fun to drive. The vehicle operates smoothly and without any surprises or issues. I cannot recommend R&J automotive company enough! The transaction was seamless!
