Riverside Cycles

I've been meaning to write this review for some time. I'm new and getting back into riding and John was very professional, helpful, and most importantly gives it to you straight. Finding who to trust for a newbie like me was extremely important, as safety is my number 1 concern. He communicates with you about everything and tries to be fair in his service. John made sure to stress the importance of safety and concerns in riding as he told me he used to be a motorcycle safety instructor. He and his partner made sure to even go as far as installing small bolts and fasteners to the buttons for custom lighting on my bike. This may seem small to some, but it really adds to convenience and speaks to how they want to make sure you're riding off satisfied when the bike leaves the shop. Can't say enough good things. I highly recommend his services.

John is a great guy. I was a new rider and he gave me tons of advice. From insisting that I took the MSF course (which I did end up doing), to a bunch of extra advice on how to ride, how to buy a bike without getting scammed and much more, John truly went out of his way to help me out. I will definitely be using his services for a long time.

John got me in and out . Oil change, inspection and GREAT conversation. Knows his stuff about bikes. He’s got a new customer!! Highly recommended!!!!

Top notch bike shop. Quality workmanship every time. Including towing and pickup when necessary. Johnny is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help and please his customers.

I went to Lowes, and called around to 6 different hardware stores, and visited no less than 5 different bicycle shops looking for a replacement nut for my bicycle. I decided to try calling this shop as a hail Mary, and the owner John told me he has a good selection of metric nuts, and to come through so he could see the part I needed. Upon my arrival, he took a quick look at my bike, and within 30 seconds had retrieved the correct nut from a large drawer of old nuts. He told me it was salvaged, so no charge. Also they had many very cool looking motorcycles.
