Came in for a couple of things. Clean store. Not busy usually and the employee, Carly, was so helpful and nice. I will definitely be adding this store to my routine. Great environment.

I was fortunate to come here to get my last covid-19 booster shot by Pfizer which was my 2nd one.

At first when i went here i wasn't aware about them running out of space for walk-ins and the pharmacist during that day told me politely about setting up an appointment online. So i set one up for the next week during October 2022.I handed the pharmacists at my appointment, my health insurance card and my card for tracking my covid-19 shots. She asked me a question about having a prescription card so i told her no i didn't have one. I had to fill out a few things and sign it. The pharmacist was helpful with walking me through it at the counter on the terminal they use. Then after sitting to wait everything was ready and another lady behind the counter called me up and asked me which arm i wanted the shot in, then we went into the small space on the side for the patient area to get my booster shot. After i got the paperwork and left i barely had side effects from it just being a sore arm mostly and not really feeling anything else for a few days.

The reason why i'm thankful about this is because more then a week later after my appointment here (I would say 9 or 10 days later), my younger brother got Covid while he was at work on the week before Halloween. So fortunately the 2nd booster shot was working and i didn't test positive at that time when taking an at home test kit. At least i was safe from getting very sick as long as my brother stayed in his room after that and i had to carry his meals to him and all that. So it shows the vaccine works very good.

Thank you RiteAid Pharmacy for protecting me during that time!

Pharmacist and staff are professional and helpful. I mistakenly booked my vaccine appt here instead of the one by Davisville Rd (the staff there was rude and unprofessional)....I will continue to use this Rite Aid for my pharmacy needs. It is also a very clean store and the store cashier was very friendly too. So glad I made this mistake!!
