Dr. Rinaldi is great, both my wife and I like him very much. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He also requires all patients to be vaccinated in his practice, so there is no worry about other children potentially causing infections. We have had some billing mix-ups since our insurance requires a small co-pay, and they do a confirmation phone call before the appointment you must respond to, which can be at times inconvenient. If they used a service such as Solutionreach, it would be helpful. Otherwise, we are happy with our pediatrician choice.
Dr. Rinaldi and his staffs are absolutely amazing they are very friendly and caring. Doctor doesn't rush he takes time to evaluate and very good kids. I am new to this area and glad we found a good pediatrician.
I went there as a kid and loved it. Now my daughters go there and they also love it. Very smart and funny. Great place to take your children.
