Ridge Physical Therapy

Regina was fantastic taking care of my daughter who had a wrist injury from hockey. Flexible and quick to get her an appointment. She gave her exercises to stretch and strengthen the surrounding muscles. Definitely knew what was needed to get my daughter back on track. I would definitely recommend.

Regina is awesome! My daughter (ankle) and wife (shoulder) both used Ridge PT, so I tried her for my hip/back. Regina and Chris always keep an upbeat, friendly atmosphere at Ridge and they really know their business. Rothman is my ortho and Regina is my PT.

Came in for a lower back issue. Regina was knowledgeable and helpful in strengthening some lagging muscle groups that caused the issue. Her goal was to get me better and out of physical therapy, not to see me three times a week for 4 months - which can be very expensive and time consuming. We used PT time to learn exercises and used a home program to fix the underlying issues. Overall very satisfied and would come back.

Regina is an excellent Physical Therapist. In 2022, I had significant Costochondritis (muscular chest pain) and left side abdominal pain. My family doctor recommended that I see Regina due to a long history of positive results with other patients. Regina helped me with both issues, encouraged me throughout the recovery process, and formed an exercise plan that I continue to follow. As a result, I've been able to live without chronic muscular pain.

One of the primary benefits of going to PT here is that Regina works for herself and you can see her commitment to her patients. I've gone to PT a couple times for sports-related injuries at large clinics and also met the PTs my parents worked with after various surgical procedures. The difference that Regina provides in patient care, doing exercises effectively and safely, and sometimes just having a good chat are all significant.

If I ever need to go back to PT, I plan to see Regina.

The therapists are knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to explain the treatment. Regina and Chris are professional and compassionate, showing sincere concern about their patients' well-being. Highly recommended.
