Great experience purchasing a car from RideSmart auto. Friendly, stress free atmosphere. The car was in an excellent condition and listed at a fair price. There was a minor issue with the heater and they took care of it immediately and delivered the car fixed a couple days later. I would not hesitate to recommend RideSmart to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

I went to RideSmart Auto to look at replacements for my old 2008 Hyundai SantaFe (had over 125k miles on it and was on its last leg). I found a perfect commuter here: near excellent condition 2015 FIAT 500L with less than 50k miles on it. Came by for a test drive and could not believe how nicely it handled and how nicely cared for it was considering it was 8 years old. The car had absolutely no lights on the dashboard and was totally clean.

This is such a good business. Car came with clean carfax and pre-inspected w/ limited powertrain warranty for 3 months after purchase. What really impressed me was that they were willing to accept a cash payment split between my debit and credit cards ... no cashier check needed! I have not had any other dealership be that flexible with payment. Total time took around 2 hours for test drive, payment, and new tags. Great experience here.

Also, i've been using this car to commute back and forth to work which is about 80 miles each way - absolutely no problems with it. Excellent purchase.

We bought a 2015 Chevy Spark EV. What a great little car! I know people are hesitant to buy short-range EVs, but this car has been doing the daily commute+ like a champ. We charge it up overnight on a regular wall outlet. So convenient and it works great. I commend RideSmart for offering this car for sale and I'm glad they did. We were treated very well by everyone involved at RideSmart. They are honest people and it's obvious they care about their customers. I also recommend the ASC warranty that they offer. We got the warranty and had a small issue that a Chevy dealer fixed and ASC covered it. ASC also seems great to work with. This is the first used car we've ever bought and the experience was better than expected. They even charged the car up to 100% for our ride home.

I recently bough a car from RideSmart. The no pressure attitude, honesty, and professionalism of Joe and team was the best used car purchase experience I've ever had. I've bought many used cars over the years and had never seen the level of transparency, vehicle history, and service records. I had an unforeseen issue with my car not too long after I purchased it. The issue could not have been predicted and was no fault of RideSmart. The repair was not covered by warranty. Without getting into details, it was immediately taken care of. I can't say enough about how well we were treated by Joe before and after our purchase.
