She has high ethics and makes morally sound decisions. She knows the local market inside and out. She will work for you!!! She is also well connected in the community when you need a trades person or have questions related to doing what you need to get done to sell your home. You know that she has your best interest in mind at all times and you can trust her with this HUGE endeavor. My husband and I would never use another realtor!!

I sold my house in 48 hours and it was all thanks to Jody Dolansky. She was always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very patient(Which says a lot dealing with me). I was selling a vacant house and anytime she was in the area she would check up on it just to give me a piece of mind. I also have to give he props for putting me first, she had the chance to write up a dual agent deal but tabled it to get me a better price. I am sure Jody was busy with other houses but she always made it feel like I was her only client.
