I called this place from colorful CO twice now. The first time their customer service was great and the flowers were beautiful. However, the 2nd time I called, I did not remember the address I had previously sent flowers to. The patience of these people as they dug through until they found my prior order was amazing. Hands down the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thank you for that. The flowers were even better the second time around. I keep getting comments on how much they warmed up the place during a sad time.

Rich Mar provided the flowers for my wedding and the arrangements and bouquet exceeded our expectations. Everything was so beautiful! All of the flowers arrived in perfect condition and earlier than scheduled despite a major blizzard. I Highly recommend Rich Mar!

I've been ordering through Rich Mar for years, but needed a bouquet last minute. Was sent to their home facility instead of their retail location. As they were getting ready to go home, I was brought inside and the most beautiful bouquet was put together with ease. Wonderful to work with and very pleasant. My husband and I wandered into Rich Mar's bridal showroom at 4:45 PM on a weekday afternoon just a few weeks before my son's wedding. Jonathan Morrissey greeted us and assisted us on the spot. He was very helpful and was able to put together an order of a bridal bouquet, five bridesmaid bouquets, eight boutonnieres and two corsages very quickly. Not only were they beautiful, but they were able to provide us with them with only two week's notice. I highly recommend Rich Mar Florist.

Jonathan helped me pick out the types of flowers and designed the arrangements.
The gentleman who delivered the flowers was overwhelming nice and helpful.
I had ordered extra flowers to go on the cake and due to heavy traffic that morning the cake delivery was running a little late and he had to leave to deliver flowers to a wedding . But he graciously returned to place the flowers on the cake !
I can’t say enough for the care and attention given to each arrangement and the customer.
