The people are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The office is beautiful and soothing. I will be back and totally recommend it to anyone looking to enhance how they look and feel better about themselves!

Their attention to every detail is shown from the moment they answer the phone. Flawless service. Beautiful and relaxing spa vibe. Addressing me by name upon arrival, during my visit and at departure. Discussing my anti-aging concerns and offering multiple options to select from to help me reach my aesthetic goals without over promising and under delivering. Truly the best experience I have ever had! Whether you are newly exploring anti-aging treatments for the first time or are well aware of your treatment options, the staff and providers at Renew will really listen to your concerns and not try to oversell something you simply do not need. For me, their Kennett Square location is very convenient, but I would not hesitate to visit their new West Chester location because the treatments and service I receive at Renew are absolutely worth it! I cannot recommend Renew enough, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

(February 18, 2023, 5:18 pm)I have been wanting to get Laser hair removal for quite awhile but I always thought it was to pricey until I came in contact with renew.. they were very fairly priced and I ended up getting a even better deal by using Groupon bc they match the price with the deals on there. The staff are also so nice and helpful! I would recommend Renew to anyone!

I highly recommend them. There are a lot of business that offer similar treatments as Renew does, but I will be returning there time and time again because of there quality of services and the amazing people that work there!
