I followed my P.A. Susan Delancy here even though there's a branch closer to me (& 20 instead of 40 minutes away 1 way). Susan is not only nice, caring, knowledgeable, & experienced she's also interested in how you're doing overall & takes time with you when needed & sometimes when it isn't. We've discussed my keto eating without judgement & she also discussed the brain body connection. I wanted to know how long I should be concerned that my breakthrough Rx may no longer be strong enough. She gave an anonymous example of why a couple of months isn't really long enough. A person stopped her antidepressant, lost her partner, & kept saying that her pain meds were no longer strong enough. She went back on her antidepressant & her pain was controlled like before. Unfortunately, Susan can run late with appointments (as do most in this field) but she's worth a little wait. I've gone through many pain practitioners not just because I've needed pain management since 2003 but because this field wears them out resulting in a high turn over rate. I think I've had Susan the longest. I'm glad that Susan is still going strong & hope she'll continue for years to come.

The office is a bit dark compared to others I've been to including their Cherry Hill one but it's fine. It's the bathroom & the patients that are sloppy in it that continue to make me shake my head. Twice there was no bag in the trash can yet it was 1/2 filled at 11am because instead of alerting staff the patients still put trash including urination "hats" into it! Also, wear loose legged pants & pull them up to if not above your knees so the bottoms don't touch the floor when you sit as the bathroom floor often has wet spots. This is good advice anytime you'll be using a public bathroom. At least after a few years there's finally a functioning paper towel dispenser. It's enough to try to have a cleaning company do everything needed even before the pandemic. Let's not make the bathroom worse, people. To avoid this, look cleaner, & cut down on cross contamination the office should use saliva swabs for drug testing like my previous office did which was part of the Regional Orthopedics group.

Dr. J. Gliemer has been my Doc. Since 2011 excellent bedside manner honest & has my best interest at heart. On 3/30/23 his medical assistant or nurse was so warm & personable she made my day just by caring if I was alright as a whole & not just all I want to know is the pain scale & where is it, next question. She lifted my spirit it's been so rough lately mentally & physically I appreciated the kindness from her & Doc.

I have seen Jeffrey Gliemer for a while now! He really cares about his patients and especially me… I just seen him for the first time in a year yesterday, and he is the most down to earth Dr I have seen! He takes care of me he is passionate and listens. Please make sure this reach’s him! His father Barry Gliemer they are true caring doctors and I grew a good friendship with them and also the male MA that is there with them they are so friendly I love my doctors and staff and very comfortable knowing they care ❤️

The best bed side manner. Very caring and concerned docs and PT therapist!!! As long as the Gleimers and hazel is around I will be too!! No reason to ever change!
