Walter has been my body repair mechanic for years. My car was recently rear ended resulting in extensive body damage. Not only did he handle the insurance company but made sure I was given quality certified parts and not secondhand parts. There was also an issue with my battery and Walter is the kind of mechanic who truly cares about the safety of his clients. He let me borrow his spare battery jumper until I was able to come back in for that issue. I will always return to Red Rose for that kind of service.

I brought in my 2013 Honda CrV with front bumper and dents on both side doors. My car now looks brand new. Great work and attention to detail. I went to him based on the recommendation of a co-worker that commutes her car all the way from New York to his shop. I also now always do the same.

My daughter ran over a tire and damaged the undercarriage of the vehicle. She goes to school nearby. I just looked up auto body shops online. No prior experience with Red Rose. I sat and waited for an estimate, which only took 15 minutes. While waiting, I listened to the owner on the phone with a couple calls. He was polite and wanted to work with the customers. The costs of the work to my car were very reasonable. Once they began the work, they realized replacing one part was more labor intensive. They didn't try to upsell me on the need for the part. They decided to adjust the price downward and send the part back to the supply company. A rare quality in auto repair. Work was completed in a day and is running great. I can't say enough great things about these guys. Thank you!!

They took care of my 2013 Camaro in such an amazing way. You can't even tell it was ever in an accident. I've had quite a few accidents and have had to deal with tons of body shops; I've always had issues that I needed to make them correct. Red Rose on the other hand left no issues and perfectly fixed my car. Incredibly great customer service also, they made sure I knew everything that was going on with my car and claim and took the time to explain everything to me. These guys earned my five star rating and I will always refer future business to them.

My experience at Red Rose was great. My car was hit and needed body work. Ruben and Walter were very helpful with the insurance process; it was seamless. When the insurance company wanted to use substandard parts to save money, Walter told them he would not use poor quality parts and ended up getting the certified parts installed. Their new shop in EHC is really nice, and my car was done earlier than expected. I would recommend them to my family and friends, and will use them again if the need arises.
