    This place absolutely saved my life. I was in a very dark place and the doctor there got me on the right medications finally after years and the therapist there took the time to really get to know me and referred me to a wonderful place for aftercare. I would recommend this to anyone and have. 5 Stars for sure

    This program is for anyone willing to help themselves! If you are looking for a way to find new coping and life management skills this or just a safe place to share how you’re feeling this program is for you! There’s different types of therapy (holistic, art, etc.) there’s a psychiatrist and one on one as well as group therapy. They really take care of you. The group is always transferring in and out also so if you don’t get in one week try again!

    Throughout my time in the light program I have gained so much insight and knowledge into my behavior. The therapists I have worked with have all been professional, timely and curious. I have received great care there and I am glad to have went there.

    I am very thankful for the people in this program. I started in PHP and now I see a therapist there because I finally found the right match. I finally found a group that I felt comfortable talking and opening up to. Remember therapy is a process that’s not easy so it’s easy to get frustrated and feel negative about it. But personally I love it there!
