Great place, like anything in life, you get out what you put in. Also they can only help someone that wants to help themselves. Some amazing talented, caring people work there. Especially noteworthy, counselor bill and case coordinator Alyssa. They can change your life for the better if you're honest and want help. 👍👍👍👍👍

Pyramid was my first rehab and hopefully last. I was a bit apprehensive on the drive there but I was met at the door by Sean Akarman, the BHT, when I arrived. I think he saw it on my face because he was very welcoming, asked me me needs and was just very professional and caring, explaining to me what to expect. I was only going for detox with no intentions of going to short- or long-term. While in Detox, BHT Shawn would say hello if he saw me and stop to ask how I'm doing. On one of those occasions we got to talking and he explained about the short-term program and how it would benefit me. His passion alone about my needs and helping me to create a solution for a better quality of life was the reason for me attending the short-term program. The majority of the BHTs were great. However, Shawn is the one that sticks out in my mind the most. Even the Supervisor, Alexis was great, going above and beyond. Thank you Shawn and thank you Pyramid for bringing some sanity back into my life.

I came to pyramid health care completely broken with nothing. as soon as I called they sent a van immediately to come pick me up and bring me to treatment. When I got there the nursing staff and techs were extremely friendly and helpful. I was in detox wanting to leave the program when a counselor from long term Bill came down and talked to me and told me to let go and not leave before the miracle happened, also Colleen did the same for me also. Being an addict on the streets I’ve lost all of my family in this process and the way they looked out for me personally made me feel like the actually cared about me and my life even when I didn’t. I made it through detox stayed put and made it into long term which helped me with more then I can even begin to express. Bill McKensie was my Counsler and I’m happy he was. He was the first person in treatment for me that actually gave me real therapy. he actually broke down my life and gave me an insight on myself that I haven’t had before and it’s helped me tremendously to see where I go wrong and how to stop/ fix it when it comes to happen again l. In long term I was also able to get all the work on my teeth that I needed at the dentist, we went to outside meetings, and they gave a re entry program for ID social and birth certificate. I came into the program with nothing I left with all my Credentials, my teeth fixed, an Oxford house but most importantly I left with a healthy body and clear sober head on my shoulders I’m still sober Now and I owe a lot of it to pyramid healthcare. The nursing staff was amazing the techs were really helpful and my Counsler really went above and behind for me. Thank you pyramid health care.

After running wide open for 19 years I woke up on Feb 1st. 2023 Told one of my women that I need help. She then got ahold of Pyramid. Best decision I ever made cause I have 47 days clean and life is getting good again
