I have never done a retreat before so I had no idea what to expect but I walked away feeling like I was floating on a cloud of joy, gratefulness, love and compassion. I'm not even kidding... FLOATING WITH JOY!!
This retreat was the best thing I've ever done for my mental, physical and spiritual health combined. And that is exactly it, your body, mind and soul are all being opened and accepting to positive change. It is work. It is not easy. It takes practice. There will be tears, but good tears too. The space that Jacquie and this team of incredibly strong women created felt safe, free from judgement and filled with love and compassion to let those tears fall as they may.
With the tools that I learned and now carry with me I can maintain all those feelings of joy, peace, love, compassion, gratitude and hope whenever and wherever. I went into this with an open mind and left with an open heart.

Project Mindful and Jacquie opened up my mind to new ways of dealing with stress and my conditioned thought patterns. The atmosphere is comforting and safe, and it is very apparent Jacquie has compassion and cares for each of her clients. She would be my first recommendation for anyone looking to improve emotional health and learn new tools to manage anxiety, stress and become more in tune with themselves.

Westover Club apartments is by far the best apartment my boyfriend and I have lived it, and we genuinely wish we could have stayed when our lease ended (there was not any 1/1 available when we were moving out and we also wanted a unit with a washer and dryer which is only provided to certain 2/2). Melinda was our leasing consultant and she was very helpful throughout our entire stay. We did not have any problems at Westover. Maintenance was phenomenal and fast. The complex is also very peaceful. Neighbors were friendly. The washing rooms (we used it a couple of times when our roommates were using our in-unit W/D) and the building was kept very clean. I loved my stay so much at Westover that when I decided on a law school in Florida I was trying to stay with the company but they did not have any rooms available (just my luck). All in all, I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Definitely worth the money.

I have been attending project mindful meditation since the beginning and I wanted to share what a positive impact it has had on my life, not only has my blood pressure lowered and my medication has decreased because of this practice, my quality of sleep has increased by hours a week due to this practice. I especially love that if I wake up in the middle of the night or are having a stressful day,
I can go to Facebook and replay any of the meditation sessions as they are all recorded to listen to and watch any time, what a awesome resource. Finally, the care and commitment that our teacher/leader Jacquie shows to her audience is truly genuine and her ability to help the group and make a positive impact is awesome

Jacquie and Project mindfulness created an opportunity for me to learn about how the brain works and how to use it in order to deal with stress, anxiety, ect. With her welcoming approach, she ensured everyone was comfortable when diving deeper into their thoughts and emotions. It was clear Jacquie cared for each of her clients, and was able to adapt her lessons so that they would apply to the problems in each individuals life. I strongly recommend this class to anyone looking to work on their mental health, even if at first you don’t think it is “your thing”.

Jacquie created a warm welcoming environment for us to share our experiences and work through anything that was troubling us. Her program is accessible to anyone who is willing to accept it and give it a chance. Each week she learned more and more about us, and she really listened to what we said and personalized solutions for us that worked. I would recommend this class to all people looking to work on themselves, especially teens! Jacquie is fantastic!

I lived here for 3 years and enjoyed it. It is a good neighborhood for walking, running, or biking with nice sidewalks and green spaces surrounding the buildings. Not all apartments have their own washer/dryer, but it is not a far walk to the laundry rooms. There is a pool open in the summer, and dogs are allowed in two of the buildings.
