(January 9, 2022, 11:30 am)I've been going to Dr. Funk my entire life (since I've been born). I have seen the changes from the office to staff members over the years. Dr. Funk is very pleasant and knowledgeable but some of his staff is down right rude, especially the receptionists. They talk down to patients as of they are beneath them and they can be nasty at times. I had an issue with a bill and they gave me a hard time .Even refused to see me but another nurse interjected and explained to her that I needed to be seen immediately because of my blood pressure. Once I explained to him about my bill he simply stated that he will take care of it for me. Besides a change in attitude as far as staff goes, I hope to continue to see Dr. Funk as my primary doctor.
