The physical therapist, Matt, does a great job with the dog. He works very well with them making them comfortable in the new environment. Would recommend them if p.t.for your dog is necessary.

The only thing that beats the prices is the care your pet will receive. Their approach to welcoming your pet is great. They have vaccines, medication, a damn good groomer, and a hotel for you pet. The property is great to get steps in with your pet, and the drive is scenic . It doesn't matter which doctor you get they all do a phenomenal job. Shout out to the vet techs as well they make the place run like a well oiled machine .

PVAH was a great change from the other local vet we had previously been seeing. They always got us in quickly and were kind and offered options within my budget, which I really appreciated.

What really stands out to me, though, is that I had to put my best buddy down last month. I called to ask for an appointment and they said they didn’t have anything. My voice got kind of shaky and I said I was just really hoping to get in there quickly because I thought my big guy was maybe coming to his end of days. They put me on hold and then got me in later that day; they didn’t have to do that. They could have told me to go to the emergency clinic etc, but they made room for us. I brought him in and I had my daughter with me… when I saw in their eyes that things didn’t look good, the doctor knew what I was thinking. She asked the tech (very cheerily!) to take my daughter to go see the other animals. When my daughter left the room, we had an open and honest conversation and I cried like heck, but I could pull it together before they brought my daughter back in, and I appreciate that humility more than I can ever explain. It meant the world to me that I was able to break the news to my daughter on our own time, rather than her finding out from the doctor.

The end came very fast, too fast, but the staff was remarkably wonderful, comforting, and kind beyond belief. They made me feel like my buddy was just as special to them as he was to me. I’ve never had to put a dog down before, and it was so much harder than I ever could have imagined, but they provided a special solace that I will never forget.

In the last 5 weeks since I lost my best friend, we received a little card with his nose print, and then a few weeks later, a card with their condolences. It’s like they know that my worst fear was having the world forget about my Ranger, and the arrival and timing of those little mementos helped me feel that he was not forgotten.

We love them. They always go out of their way to explain things. Ask questions and receive clarity. Our dog runs to the door to get inside. They go above and beyond when you board. They give you detailed information for you to decide what you want to do. If you want to pay less, I advise you reconsider going to a cheaper clinic. Though a bit higher in price, you get it back with piece of mind. They are good at their job, very kind and always take the time to communicate. They offer boarding, vet services, grooming, and training. They gave us a welcome packet for our new puppy. We have taken him here since we got him. We have boarded and gotten a wellness visit with them for our rabbits. Everyone from the front end to the nurses and doctors are well worth it. 😊

The best veterinary care I’ve seen in a long time! Our dogs have had visits with all the doctors in the building and I love all of them including all the techs! They are compassionate, budget aware, educational and take emergency visits seriously. Highly recommend!
