Everything before and during the process was thoroughly explained to me, so I understood at all times what was being done and why. The overall price was the lowest of my three bids, but the quality of work is outstanding. They clean up any mess they make, they use top quality materials, they show up when they say they are going to show up and they were very respectful and took good care of my property. I chose them not only because of the great price, but because a friend who used them twice recommended them to me. I made the right choice. I highly recommend Eddie and his great crew. They went over and above and exceeded my expectations.

(January 7, 2023, 8:37 pm)Professional sums up the whole experience. They treated my house as if it were their own. They even took care of permitting so I didn’t have to worry about it. Communications was great. If they had any questions or problems they made sure to let me know and take care of everything. Took pictures to show me all the damage and how it looked after they fixed it. Ed and his brother John are ,in my opinion, the best roofers, siders, window installers, in the area and would recommend them to any one who needs anything on the outside of their house done. I’ve lived in Delco all my life and never once heard a bad thing about their work. From when they did my Parents roof back in 2008 till now. Top quality material used, top quality workmanship, top quality experience. No BS when it comes to them. Great pricing, don’t have to worry about some big corporate company beating you over the head so they can pay all the overhead in their office. I can’t say enough how great of a job they did and how I would recommend they to anybody.

(November 11, 2022, 2:36 pm)I would hire these guys to do anything at my house. I did hire them to replace my roof, install ventilation, install gutter systems and replace siding on my house. All of it came out great.
There are so many stories about contractors taking advantage of people going around right now. Coale are straight shooters. Their prices are easily explained. They are great at timelines and scheduling. So good, that I recommend them to my neighbors who are also getting their roof done by Coale.
Get on the schedule now if you need the work done. I talked to 4 different companies before choosing Coale and I wish someone would have saved me the time.
