The gym itself is very nice inside, almost looks brand new but a couple of things to point out to the owners…

You’re a gym, please keep the hand sanitizing stations filled. A few of them didn’t even have an empty bottle in them, they were just completely empty.

Second thing, the men’s bathroom absolutely reeked of urine, not a place I would imagine is kept clean by your team to have that bad of an odor emitting from it but aside from that it’s a very nice and spacious Planet Fitness and I would for sure come back the next time I’m in Wilmington.

Staff were professional; always walking around and engaging. Someone was also always at the desk and someone was always cleaning. Very friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Might be changing my home gym location!P.S., the eye candy helped :o)

I came here today for the first time in months. I was immediately greated with a warm welcome from Donna who provided excellent customer. Not only was she friendly and helpful but she really encouraged me to be optimistic about getting back in the swing of working out. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a fresh start!!!
