(May 12, 2023, 10:44 am)We had a broken water heater and made a service request with the property management. Less than 24hours they sent a technician names Jamie. He replaced the water heater in less than two hours. Jamie was very professional and courteous, he even changed our AC filter even though it was not part of the original service order. Did a very professional job.

(April 25, 2023, 7:41 pm)To fix my fire alarms, which were all going off at around the same time, the maintenance staff did a wonderful job of making sure that the problem was solved, going above and beyond to make sure that the problem was solved. They were courteous and attentive, as well as instructive in showing me all the steps of how to fix the issue. 5 stars!

(March 16, 2023, 11:41 am)Always had a great experience in this neighborhood. Have lived here from 2012 to 2016 in pike run village and came back to pike run meadows in 2020. This is my 3rd year living in this neighborhood. The people are nice, the school district is great and it's a very safe place to live in. Maintenance is the best thing here as they are very prompt, the folks are kind and helpful and they resolve the issue very very fast. I recommend living in this place to all my friends and family.
