The owner was the first person who actually took the time to look the phone, open it up and diagnose the problem. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and repaired the phone in 2 hours.
What a relief! Such a pleasant experience after the frustration of dealing with large national chain stores that couldnt/wouldn't help.
I highly recommend coming here for any phone repair. -

The owner is incredibly friendly and he got the screen in for me in less than a day or two. The price was really fair, and it only took about 30 minutes to make the fix
Everything works just as it should on my phone, and I would highly recommend coming here to get phone repairs. -

They answered when they were closed to address my questions, did not rush me off the phone, and ordered parts so it would be ready the next day for me to bring in the phone to be repaired. Worked with me on pricing and was so kind. I was overwhelmed and worried about losing precious memories on the phone that weren't backed up yet and phone doctor was calm, collected, and reassuring. I will be sure to refer him to everyone!
