We asked to have a part installed in our car. They did it and it worked great for a few days, then started having issues. We took it back to them and they told us this is why they never install owner supplied equipment, and suggested we bring it in for diagnosis instead of "Googling" it next time! They did not charge us for this diagnosis, and instead of giving us the run around, told us to go to the dealer this time and get OEM parts.

Note***: If they diagnose a problem and you get the repair with them, there is no charge for the diagnosis!
