Peace Love Yoga & Massage

Had the BEST massage of my life today with Andrew. He genuinely took his time and made sure to focus on the areas bringing me the most pain. He applied the perfect amount of pressure and really worked my knots without rushing. He was super nice and professional also! The room and table were comfortable and I loved the lights on the ceiling, they were a nice touch! I’d recommend anyone who’s looking for a phenomenal massage to come here! I will never go back to the chain massage places, it’s just not the same.

Andrew is a wonderful massage therapist. I've had massages from many therapists in many different states and countries and there is just no comparison. He's the best. If a 10 star rating were possible, that's the rating I would give him. I highly recommend him.

I have been taking classes at Peace Love and Yoga for a few months.. I was nervous so I started with a few private classes with Natalie and she made me feel very comfortable. I am so happy I found Peace Love and Yoga it’s a place that I feel very safe during these crazy Covid times!! I have done yoga in the past but nothing compared to Natalie’s class She is knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. As someone who hits the gym daily this is my new spot! I have also tried her other instructors and her whole staff is awesome!

Highly recommend this yoga studio, their warm and inviting environment makes this place accessible to New comers as much as advanced yoga practitioners. They offer playful classes designed for all levels of experience with the intention to elevate the classes practice overtime. They all seem to be very committed teachers and students. With a big focus on balance, self awareness, breath, and alignment.

About two years ago I was experiencing work related pain and that's when I met Andrew at Peace Love Yoga & Massage. My body and I think spirit have greatly improved with this healing relationship.

When entering through the front door, you are greeted with a relaxing atmosphere. It's the reception area on the left and yoga supplies on the right. The room is well organized, nicely displayed and gleaming clean. I always find Andrew here with a sincere welcoming to my massage.

The massage rooms are located past the yoga studio. I believe I have had a massage during a yoga class and was never disturbed by it. The rooms are well laid out and thoughtful of the client. I appreciate the mirror in the corner at the end of the appointment so I may properly fix myself.

It's apparent Andrew takes pride in his work. He always reviews my concerns and level of pressure wanted. During the massage, essential oils are used and after the back and feet are completed heated towels are placed for soothing.

My husband also goes occasionally and sees Caitlin. He shares the same opinion.

The pricing of the massages are a great value also.

I truly feel it's a healing and repairing event. I have always enjoyed and looked forward to my appointments.
