The staff and doctors were very kind and accommodating, especially considering that I just showed up with my sick cat and we had never been there before. Everyone was also very up front about the expenses for everything. I was warned it would be an expensive bill with the potential for additional fees and the need to go elsewhere if it was anything requiring more serious care, and thankfully nothing serious was found. Very grateful for all the help that was offered. Hopefully we don't have anything serious or concerning happen again in the near future, but we would definitely choose to come back again.
