Dr. Leo George is so helpful, kind, and caring! I have been suffering with persistent upper back pain, and he took the time to tailor a treatment plan just for me! He is so knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. I can't wait to go back for my next visit!

I went to see Dr. George because I was feeling tightness in my legs and hips. He asked me detailed questions and let me talk about my experience. The treatment, massage and adjustment was just what I needed to get relief. The stretches he recommended also helps a lot. Will be planning to see Dr. George regularly!

So it was my first time going to a chiropractor and I was very nervous. I was having a lot of upper back/shoulder pain. Dr. George treated me and explained how work stress and posture at work can make a big impact on our bodies, more than we realize. He taught me some techniques to lessen the strain my body has while working at a computer all day. I had a great experience and really appreciated how he got me into his schedule so soon. Since I’m out of network, Dr. George set me up with an affordable treatment plan since I signed up for 6 visits. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Dr George at Optimal Health and Performance is amazing. I went in because I had some lower back pain which was making it hard for me to get up of bed or sit up if I had been sitting/laying down for a while. Dr. George adjusted me and I felt instant relief. He also taught me exercises I could do at home to help relieve the pain. After several sessions with him my pain had reduced drastically and my mobility had increased. I would recommend this place for anyone who is dealing with pain. He takes his time to listen to you and comes up with a game plan that works.

I was able to walk in and be seen the same day. Dr. George was very caring and attentive. The exam was thorough and he took his time to make sure all my problems were addressed.
