One-Yoga's program encompases so much more than Yoga poses. The teacher training is a life changing experience and is not just for people that want to teach yoga. The YTT has encouraged me to pursue my career goals apart from world of yoga. Susan and her team offer expert guidance and teaching. Each of her teachers has unique and special gifts to share. One-Yoga's program is not about churning out teachers to teach poses, but rather sending out students to share the real gifts of yoga with the community.

I completed my YTT200 with One-Yoga and Susan Smith last year and the experience changed my life!
