I’ve stayed all of the parks in the area coming to visit my family aver the years. The people that run this park are the best. I’m not a fan of gravel spots but I’ll stay here every year

Been here for a little bit more than a month. Absolutely love this place. And during the fall to! What a added bonus. A great community of people and a beautiful place. Unfortunately it's a suburb of Philadelphia so roads are congested. But inside those magical oaks it's Paradise. Really enjoyed our time there

We stayed here for a week while visiting the area. Very well kept, quiet and shady. Nice people. Cable TV requires a box but there are many ota channels available. Great laundry facility. Easy access to find and good local shopping. Has a nice pool and a large field for playing with dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place! The traffic on the road outside the park can be loud at times, but I still give five stars since nothing can be done about area traffic. Aside from the occasional traffic noise the park is quiet and peaceful. It is our home for the summers. Helpful, friendly owners. Wendy and Josh are great. Easy propane refill. Drop off tank and it is returned filled. Clean. Well kept. Lots of shade. Great location. Easy access to PA turnpike and other highways. All around, the best park we've found in the area.

Newly reopened and all new stuff. Yeah! Dollar tree at Beaver Brook is back and it's better than earlier.

This is pretty much like all the other Dollar Tree stores in the area. The aisles are wide and easy to negotiate. The indoor lighting is flourescent. It's always interesting to browse the store and be amazed at the variety of products one can get for a dollar. However, most of the items are unknown brands. I'd probably pass on the food item in the refrigerator that looks like cheese but whose packaging doesn't mention the word "cheese" even once. Yes, "processed sandwich slices" is the catchphrase of the day! And finally, once you've picked out the dollar items you wanted, checkout is fairly fast, with a friendly cashier who won't judge the dollar squeaky pig you got.
