Nancy is an absolutely amazing nutritionist! She is a wealth of knowledge, she really cares about you and her work, and will work with you to develop better habits instead of telling you what you should do or should have done. She is a very positive, honest, and open person. She has shared many stories about her family and her own journey, which makes it easier to be open about your goals AND to admit when you stray from your nutrition plan. I have always had problems with my self-image and Nancy is so easy to open up to about your goals and current strategy (or lack thereof).
