I started renting U-Haul equipment last fall. My first experience was with Norman's Auto Glass, where I was treated in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, which set the bar for me for my next two rentals. It was absolutely not matched.
I returned this year and Floyd made a miracle happen for me ahead of the busy Memorial Day weekend and found me a 5x8 trailer. After that last minute experience, I made sure to reserve all my upcoming rentals only through Norman's Auto Glass. Thank you, Floyd for going above and beyond for me and my small art business! Pricing is reasonable, their team is extremely honest and they have been very accommodating for my urgent, last-minute service needs. Replaced windshield on my pick up truck 7 months ago and all is good. Better price quality and service than that national chain... Very positive experience as well excellent work on my mini Cooper solved a serious problem easily and economically.

Great service, unbeatable prices, guaranteed service. Very professional service at neighborhood shop pricing. With that said you always get what you pay for in the auto industry, so don't go expecting anyone to work on your vehicle for free, fair work for fair wages. You wont get over charged but it isn't a nonprofit organization. I have had work done here multiple times and will be back again if I need glass work in the future.

I needed a windshield and a rear quarter panel replacement as soon as possible after an accident on January 17th, and by mid-morning on the 21st I drove out of Norman's with both replacements done, at just over half the price of the quote Safelite had given me (plus, Safelite's earliest available appt. was a day after Norman's). Great customer service, they communicated clearly, and they got the work done as quick (if not quicker) than they said they would over the phone. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for solid customer service and high quality auto glass work.
