    Great 'gym'. Well maintained and has everything you need no matter what kind of workout you do. Really friendly owner.

    Old School Gym vibes but the perfect place to be at. If you can’t stand over crowded gyms or gyms with too many rules (think Planet Fitness) this is the gym you want. Everyone minds their own business and no one bothers you. They do day passes which makes it absolutely worth it if you’re not really sure if doing a membership at a gym is worth it. They have standard equipment and weights. If your end game is to find a gym where you can just focus on your health goals whether it’s building muscle/toning or weight loss /maintenance this is the place.

    New Hope Fitness is fully equipped for those who have a genuine interest in health fitness. From cardio training, weight training, or preparing for strongman competition this is the place. Gyms are for lifting, club are for dancing, don't make the mistake! If you want to get fit go to New Hope Fitness.

    Clean gym, friendly staff. Lots of equipment but some of it is pretty old and worn. Affordable. Lots of easy parking.

    Great community, wonderful staff, and well kept machines. Quality of all items is kept in tip top shape and the gym itself is fairly large. Couldn't recommend enough!
