National Park

This is one of my favorite places to walk, it's got a little history as well as a great view of the river and a small playground with public restrooms, I highly recommend this place for young and old

Beautiful place nice walk love the water side , also there was a park for my son to play on there where plenty of other children to play with , or not.. up to you but absolutely a great day out !

Great view of water

My visit here was not the first time. It was our third time with a few of my grandchildren.

We all were in awe of this wonderfully peaceful park overlooking the Delaware River across from the Philadelphia International Airport with a view of two of the large bridges ajoining a PA and NJ.

The left hand side of the park is the Red Bank Battlefield area where we walked the trails admiring the statues and battle weapons that were used long ago in a battle long before my time.

We saw people picnicking on the grass and at the picnic tables on the other side near the playground for young children. There are plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the view and the river. A walkway by the river lined with benches and a walkout bridge.

The place is very well kept and care for.

The atmosphere there is fantastic. My grandchildren and I just love it there.

Red bank battlefield is one the most beautiful spots in South Jersey. There a nice playground, the Delaware River, a view of Philadelphia, the Navy Yard, and the wonderful history of a battle the help create this country. No park has so much and cost zero in the area. Come and enjoy.
