I have been in several storage units over the last year. I have never experienced a storage unit as clean and pleasant as Metro Storage. Tara, the manager, is friendly, and the most helpful. She immediately addressed all my needs. I don’t know how she does it, but she keeps that’s place spotless. I could eat off the floor.
Metro storage provided a number of dollies to help in the move and the air conditioning is excellent. I feel wonderful that all my artwork is in a safe environment.
Yes, I would happily recommend the storage unit as the best I’ve experienced to store my belongings.
That I feel lucky that I was able to get three units to store all my belongings.

Tara has been the absolute best to work with! She made move in effortless and has always been there to answer all my questions during the two unit transfers I've done since. Clean facility, bathrooms on site. and we were extra grateful for the indoor loading dock when moving some furniture in on a cold & rainy January afternoon.

Excellent facility - very large and spacious lay laid out. Immaculately clean, too. It’s the perfect spot for my needs, and the process of renting was a snap. Highly recommend!

Tara was so super helpful and so great to talk to! She answered all of our questions and helped us pick a unit that best fit our needs for the best price. Her customer service was impeccableand she never made us feel as though we were inconveniencing, interrupting, or annoying her day. It was truly a great experience and the best experience I've had with any storage place in the area. Friendly, clean, and accommodating. We are planning now to move our storage units we have elsewhere to here due to location, convenience, cleanliness, accessibility, and the staff here are just great. 10/10, best place you'll find around.
