I'm a 29 year old male, fairly athletic. Ive been seeing Harly primarily for shoulder impingement. Harly is great amd gave me a specific and individualized approach for recovery, which is awesome because so many other practices just use generic, blanket approaches in my opinion. I noticed results and improvement after my first session. His approaches are not always easy and he will push you, but is always encouraging. The office is clean and organized and he has all the tools necessary for recovery. He is also very flexible with regards to scheduling. Highly recommend!

I went to see Harley post surgery for a torn ACL/Meniscus. Although difficult, Harley's program got me on, and kept me on track with recovery to return to sports. Each week we set new goals and achieved them. He was very flexible in scheduling and hours.

We are extremely happy with Move More Physical Therapy. My 86 year old dad with Parkinsons has been going to Move More PT since Sept 2022. He is getting more out of this therapy than the others he was involved with. Harly created a program based on where my dad is in his PD.

I have had an excellent experience at Move More Physical Therapy, with Harly Sides DPT as my therapist over the last four weeks. He assessed my low back strain, provided therapy, conducted physical manipulation and prescribed and supervised exercises to resolve my pain, increase my strength and endurance. I am back in shape, and am more knowledgeable about how to both use and care for my body when lifting and moving heavy objects. As both a patient, and a PhD exercise physiologist myself, I am impressed with his approach to patient care, his style of patient engagement and support, his skill and approach, and his facility. I would happily recommend him to anyone who is seeking physical therapy.

I had in home PT due to not being able to go to the clinic. Due to chronic back problems. Harly was very patient and pushed me to better myself physically. The improvement was astounding due to his knowledge. I feel that I need to continue, however I would probably go to his clinic in the future.
I highly recommend PT with this clinic to anyone in need.
