I will recommend Montrose to anyone. Jodi and the entire staff really made a stressful and emotional process so effortlessly easy. I didn’t need to worry about any of the extra that comes with designing and installing a headstone. The time, care and attention to detail was beyond next level. We were able to have the stone installed just in time for the anniversary of passing which elated me more than words can describe. Amazing all around!

My mother's headstone looks great, just like I imagined. Thanks to the help of Ashley, everything went smoothly from ordering to installation. It was quicker than I expected also. She explained everything to me about the amount of time it could take, but to my surprise it was completely done within four months. I contacted her in September, and the stone was ready at end of December, and installed in January. My experience with Montrose Memorials and Ashley, who I worked with was wonderful. She helped me design just what I wanted, with good recommendations and suggestions. She was very professional, caring and kind. When I went to the office, it felt so welcoming. Ashley always answered my emails promptly, and she kept me informed by email or telephone about the entire process. The pricing was reasonable also.

Jodi Diamond's empathy, care, compassion and professionalism is truly 'SECOND TO NONE'. From April 2022 to December 16, 2022 she has taken such care with my mom's monument. It arrived just in time for my mom's favorite holiday, Christmas!! My family and I can't say 'THANK YOU' enough. Look at the beautiful Iris flowers carved into the monument and my mom's smiling pic, which is sooo inviting. Jodi, you are truly in the correct profession. Should we ever need monument services again, and I'm sure we will, we already know where we're going. Jodi, may you and your family have a most wonderful holiday season and beyond. Was looking for a memorial for my parents and came across Montrose. From start to finish the rep, Jodi Diamond, was extremely helpful, understanding and caring.
