(May 12, 2023, 6:31 pm)I had made a balloon delivery order but had some language barrier issues with the DoorDasher. I didn’t know what to because the dasher couldn’t find my house at all. I called the store and spoke to Connor about the situation and he said he would try to contact DoorDash to see what they can do. Eventually the dasher found my house and Connor called me back to make sure everything was okay. Then, about a half hour later, a ballon set was delivered with a hand written note from Connor saying “hello, we apologize for any issues you had! Please enjoy this set on us! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!”
Connor, you made a 6 year old boy so happy and made his birthday party extra special! You are so kind and our family is very thankful! Party City will forever be our party supply store!! -

(December 20, 2022, 1:34 pm)Excellent service. Apparently, there was a run on items for an 80th birthday as I wasn't the only one purchasing balloons and decorations. There was a little back up at the balloon counter but overall the staff was very friendly and we got everything we needed.
