all of the 5 star ratings above say it all. from beginning to end Mr Miller conducted himself in a professional, punctual, and communicative manner. final bill was same as initial quote, with no attempt to upsell me to other product/services that I didn't ask for. Showed respect to my wife and I and our property, which as senior citizens we really appreciated.

My water heater broke last week, and I sited the project on yelp. Many plumbers contacted me but Mike truly stood out in his first impression. Unlike others, Mike provided suggestions to check water pressure and warranty as my water heater was only 6 years old. I already had checked it and it was out of warranty unfortunately. I just liked the way he approached, and he seems like a genuine person. I contacted Mike, and he walked through his thoughts and what he would do for repair. He is very thorough, personable, and highly professional.

I strongly recommend Mike, and I would contact him again if I have any other plumbing problem in the future.

Mike has replaced our sump pump and water ejector pump in our basement. He also diagnosed a leak from our shower into our basement ceiling. He replaced all of the plumbing in the master shower and recommended a contractor to complete the rest of the work. Mike is a great communicator and provides very thorough, exceptional plumbing work. He treats your home like his own and provides guidance throughout the process on how to get the job done right.

Mike is the best. I've used him twice over the last few years with minor water heater issues. Tried to help with the problem over the phone and when that didn't work, he showed up super quick and explained everything thoroughly, got me back up and running in no time and charged me very reasonably. When I need a plumber again, hopefully many, many years down the road. I will call Mike again. No question.

I called Mike Miller from Miller Plumbing to repair my water heater which was installed by Schneider Plumbing. The relief valve was releasing water every time I used hot water. As it turns out the plumber that installed the water heater 3 years ago did it incorrectly and that caused the problem. First of all, the expansion tank was installed on the hot water pipe, not the cold water intake. Second, they soldered the pipes too close to the actual tank. Third, they forced the water and gas pipes to align with the ports on the tank.

Mike determined that the bladder in the expansion tank had failed, probably due to being on the hot water output line. Mike had to remove the magnesium rod and input tube to remove the copper pipes. When reattaching the input and output lines, Mike had to insert angles to accommodate the misalignment of pipes and tank. Finally, he attached the new expansion tank and relief valve. He cleaned all of the solder joints and checked the water pressure to the house.

Mike was professional and knew what he was doing. I would hire him again without reservation.
