Dr. Graversen was professional and informative during my visit. I felt that he was genuinely interested in solving my issue and I am happy that my follow up procedure will be with him. I’m confident that I can get better direction on how to fix or prevent the issue I’m having.
A review of my first visit to this practice. Front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Lanchoney. He has impressive credentials and his approach is professional and friendly. He asked how he could help and listened carefully to me and took notes on his laptop. He had all my previous medical records from my prior urologist who retired. He was prepared for my visit. He did not make me feel ‘rushed’ and answered all my questions. At this point I’m glad I chose Dr. Lanchoney for my condition.
The staff is friendly & thorough. Dr. Lanchoney is awesome! He gives you his full attention and doesn't make you feel rushed. You are left with a feeling that under his care you are in very competent hands.
Dr. Thomas Lanchoney is a knowledgeable urologist. His advice on the procedures of the treatments that I'm scheduled to have were clear and concise . This was most comforting and reassuring to hear.
Everyone was very nice at this office. The dr was running behind on his appt but he was so sweet and apologized as soon as he came in and again when he left. This was my first time there and I don’t regret seeing him at all.
