Miracle Ear in Burlington provides a level of service that is intensely personal. That a patient can hear appropriately is their mission and they take their mission incredibly serious and with the keenest of interest. It’s as if they are a close family member while they are treating an individual. When my stepfather needed new hearing aids (he had been transferred between multiple care facilities and his hearing aids were lost) Brittany and Chris coordinated with his hospital and actually went to the hospital to test his hearing free of charge. They knew my stepfather needed hearing aids to progress in his treatment and they took personal interest and quick action to supply them. Bottom line is our family owes a debt of gratitude to Brittany and Chris for loving service above and beyond. They are amazing people and highly skilled caregivers. I recommend them as highly as a family can.

As demonstrated earlier today, Brittney is willing to go above and beyond the call to serve her clients. There is no measuring my appreciation for this. She has a deep pool of knowledge, skill, personality, humor, interest and availability that always mixes well into pleasant visits whether they are scheduled or spontaneous. I'll admit to a touch of sadness when our appointments end as they always must because she has other (hopefully a growing number of) clients waiting to come in to see her.

I guess now would be a good time to update my previous review as seen below. I have had a few maintenance appointments during the course of the (hopefully) soon to be over pandemic and while the protocols Brittany and her crew at the Burlington-Mt. Holly office had to follow may have added an extra (good) minute or two to appointments, the quality of their customer care never wavered or waned. Brittany had to take a leave not long ago and I don't think anybody, most certainly I, didn't miss any appointments as her absence was well covered by equally good colleagues. Otherwise, I have little to add; customers coming to Miracle Ear be assured they will get steady, high quality care and service in very pleasant atmosphere. No bad moods at Miracle Ear.

I discovered Miracle Ear in 2018 for my second pair of hearing aids (I began using them in 2013). My decision was at first based entirely on logistics. It was closer to my home than where I originally bought and maintained aids. As I began the process of getting new ones made and since maintained, the people at the Burlington, NJ office grew on me with Richard and then his successor Brittney being simply phenomenal in their genuine care and service, making sure to explain clearly what I did not understand about them or my hearing loss in general. As much as Brittney services my hearing issues and aids, she, and her receptionist Chris are friends and show willingness to do so much more for their patients. I get the sense I am not the only patron who feels this way. I don't see myself going to another place anytime soon.

Miracle Ear in Burlington Center is wonderful place. Brittany is such a loving and caring person. She is genuinely concerned about her clients, and takes the time to explain things to them and answer any questions they may have. Her sweet demeanor puts you at ease. She often sends personal text messages to check up on you or even to wish you well on Holidays. When you enter you are welcomed with a warm smile by Chris. Both Brittany and Chris make visiting Miracle Ear in Burlington Center a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

I highly recommend Miracle Ear in Burlington. From the moment I was greeted with a hug from Chris and a warm smile from Brittney I knew I would choose Miracle Ear for help with my hearing issues. I had put off getting help with My hearing for years. I went to Costco first, the discounted price appealed to me. Unfortunately, the mediocre customer service I received left a lot to be desired. Unable to shake the bad feeling I got from Costco, I decided to call Miracle Ear. When I called to schedule my appointment, I spoke with Chris, who couldn't have been any more charming. She made me feel comfortable and valued. It was obvious from the beginning that she genuinely cares about people. On the day of the appointment Chris greeted me with a warm smile and a hug, she even asked me how my cat was feeling.!(I had briefly mentioned that I was taking my cat to the vet during our initial phone conversation) After completing the paperwork I met Brittney who is just as lovely as Chris. Brittney made me feel comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well. She was so patient, and happily answered all of my questions. I am proud to say that I have been a member of the Miracle Ear family for over a year! Time flies when you are having fun!😊 Thank you Chris and Brittney for being the best hearing team anyone could ever ask for!

Great service and great staff! Brittany is the best audiologist my family has ever dealt with. My 90 year old mother has a severe hearing impairment. Thanks to Brittany, my mother finally has the right hearing aid system after trying so many others from different providers. Brittany continues to show professionalism and care assisting my mother in even the smallest issue my mother may have. This is definitely not a “you bought it, we’re done “ relationship. This great service continues on after the hearing aid is purchased.

I couldn’t close this review without mentioning Chris, Brittany’s assistant who shows caring and patience when we need to schedule or reschedule appointments. She’s a true professional as well.

The only dentist I have ever trusted or had a positive experience with. You know that he is busy but while he is with you it is like you are the only patient he has. Very kind and the office staff is amazing as well.
