(June 9, 2023, 10:48 pm)Bought a tool in a sealed case. Got it home to find parts missing. Went back and explained problem to cashier, no song and dance, no need for a manager. All I was asked was if I wanted a refund or exchange. I did the exchange, opened replacement at the register to make sure all parts were there, and I was out the door. Best problem resolution in years. Had similar issue at Home Depot a year ago and was about ready to drop the manager who all but aquised me of trying to rip them off.

(April 30, 2023, 1:15 pm)I cannot say enough about this store. From the moment I walked in I was helped above and beyond. Margo and Katherine were so much help. And even though I have other tractor supply stores near me I will drive farther to come here. These ladies are amazing. Also the lady who took my information was really sweet also. Someone at the company should really thank them. And give them raises. Good workers are hard to find nowadays.

You always feel like you are a valued and welcome customer when you shop, they manage to try and vary their product selection with the room that they have, and you never know what you may see when you browse through their friendly store. Tools, lubricants, hardware, feed , pet supplies,bird seed, lawn & garden, quality hoses ,sprinklers and tools for the yard, clothes, boots are just some of the many things you will be able to look through. Nice music plays in the background, if you ever need help or advice the super nice people there will always help you out. Atmosphere is just great, yes they will check you out efficiently at the registers in case you have to hustle & get back to what you were doing. Linda and all the other associates make your store visit so nice, I would and always will bring my business here rather than elsewhere because of their hard work and efforts. Try this store you will be happy you did. Easy in & out off Newark Road or through the Sunoco on the corner of Gap Newport Pike.
