My husband and I are no strangers to renovations from two total gut jobs, new bathrooms, patio, replacing windows, etc you name it we have done it. We knew this was going to be a big undertaking and it had to be done right . We spoke with companies of all sizes and prices. Everyone we spoke with had different ideas and it never felt right. Then Megill had an opening and things changed quickly. There is truly something to be said about going with a company with higher standards. The level of service and expertise we received made all the difference, and probably saved our sanity. There are always going to be challenges with a remodel, it’s inevitable. However when issues did arise Megill was right there with several options rather than trying to make it work or hoping we didn’t notice which happens way too often in the industry.
My take away is there is never a perfect time to do a renovation and it can be stressful. Like is short stop waiting and just go for it, just make sure you have a team like Megill to lead the way. Oh and did I mention they finished ahead of schedule?

We used Megill Homes to renovate our master and hall baths in the fall of 2019. After getting estimates and layouts from 3 other contractors, Megill was able to check all the boxes with an innovative spa-like redo. We used their showroom & design consultant to pick out all of our fixtures, cabinetry, tile and flooring and were able to choose the specific quartz slabs we wanted for our countertops. Their project manager kept the process moving smoothly, lining up the subcontractors when needed. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result!

Megill Homes Inc. was wonderful, prompt, clean, professional, timely and we got a beautiful, very securely built addition to our home. The workers were very polite and nice, the foreman was absolutely great and the McGill's themselves checked in during the project. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who would be interested in an addition or building a whole new home. They committed to do the work and did a first class job in a timely fashion. We are very pleased.

Great experience thus far - we are almost through a 4 month project and have very happy thus far! Pete is the site manager and has been awesome!
