Excellent Doctors and friendly Staff! Lindsay has been my vet tech several times and is fabulous with my pets (and me). Every Doctor is caring and knowledgeable. Nancy, the office manager, has been their for a long time, and keeps this going! So glad Dr McCann took over the practice, you won't find a better place for you pets!

We can not thank them enough for the care that they provided for our our Frankie. They were knowledgeable, educational and Professional. We wish that we lived closer so they could care for her. We felt so much better about what our girl is going through after the visit. Every one there was AWESOME

Blown away by my first experience here. I’ve struggled with other vets and have never felt so heard and understood. Also impressed with being able to order the food and medicine right off the website emailed to me, with a coupon code. Bonus, our visit was extremely fairly priced. I can’t believe the money I was paying at our last vet. Thank you so much for everything! Will definitely continue to bring our two cats here.

Have been to bad animal hospitals in the past, but this veterinarians office is outstanding! The front desk staff are so sweet and caring and informative, the techs are beyond compassionate for the animals and super nice, and the doctors get right to the point in the most caring way. My mom has started going here too after seeing the great care my little dog gets from this outstanding business

UPDATE:
Marlie is now two years old and she has a little sister Wilco. The staff is uber attentive and the knowledge and professionalism of the doctors is the best, bar none.
The phone app is great for reminders of upcoming appointments.

Marlie is now 14 months old and little Wilco is 8 months and almost as ginormous as Marlie.
Both of their stomachs are much happier with a food change. A recent bout with Kennel Cough was handled with TLC by the docs. They continue to call to check on my pups after visits. I wish my doctor did that!
I cannot imagine why anyone reading this with pets is not a client of Medford Animal Hospital.
This is a first class group of docs and techs.
UPDATE:
Marlie is now 11 months old and has a little sister, Wilco (5 months old).
Both of them receive top notch care at Medford Animal Hospital.
These two Golden puppies have irritable stomach but the team here knows how to help them.
This is veterinary medicine at its best, from the vet techs to the docs.

The entire team makes us feel like Marlie is the center of the universe.

Words cannot describe how incredible the staff is at Medford Animal Hospital. 5 stars are not enough praise. Every interaction with the staff on the phone or in person has been stellar. They are uber knowledgeable. Unparalleled friendly and patient.
I called to get an initially puppy check, they scheduled the appointment around my schedule. I had a ton of questions that they patiently answered. Even when I called back the next day with MORE questions, the same courtesy and attention.
In these COV19 days, they have effective safety protocols.
