(July 19, 2019, 9:01 pm)Even though I'm just a home gamer they were great on the phone helping me place an order for tubing for a project today. About 2 hours later the order was ready. All of the staff were super friendly and didn't give me any attitude just because I'm a regular guy and not a huge industrial customer. They shrink-wrapped the tubing together even though I didn't ask them to and helped me load it. And the worker didn't just toss the stuff in my truck, he was really careful not to damage some trim boards I had in my truck at the time. As a DIY'er I always appreciate when a pretty big commercial outfit is willing to work with a small order like I had. They also had an incredibly comprehensive supply of tubing.
