Love this title company! The owner and all the staff are really great! I've been using them for years!
I've been to many title companies and Matz is usually my go to title company. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgable. There are sometimes hiccups and unforeseen issues which arise on your way to settlement, but the Matz staff will work with you to get the job done.
I handle commercial real estate for a large national firm. When it comes to my personal holdings I am picky. I used them in 2011 when I purchased my last home and will be using them again this year when I purchase my next home. They are professional. Everything went smoothly without a hitch.
