They were knowledgeable, honest, resourceful, considerate, reliable and responsive. Their tech spent as much time as needed during their free diagnostic, and even checked in with online forums with other techs to diagnose the problem with our Nintendo Switch. Eventhough our Switch is fine as a handheld, the broken part we need for connecting to a TV would not be worth the repair cost vs. buying a new one. The gave us recommendations for solutions moving forward to offset the cost of a new unit. We highly recommend!

I told a few friends about them and my friend went yesterday and got her phone fixed I will use them next time I need my phone fixed. With these cell companies gouging people, this business is a plus.

(September 13, 2022, 3:15 pm)Awesome service! I took my phone to two different Apple stores, one told me $399 to fix and the other said it couldn't be fixed and we had to buy a new phone. Took my phone here and they immediately questioned Apple's findings and said they'd take a look. Within an hour they called saying all I needed was a new battery and I could come pick up the phone and it's working perfectly.
Quick, professional, honest service. Highly recommend them!!! -

i found my lucky 2012 mac pro here years ago and it continues to work because of the talented, attentive and extremely kind team here. My wifi recently stopped working and after lots of trial and error, they found a solution (pictured) and charged the price for the piece only.
this beautiful long-running small business is solid proof that pre-owned technology can still be productive!!! =)
